The Trinity-St. X. football game this fall has been rescheduled.
The game originally was scheduled to be played Friday, Oct. 2, at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
Last week, the University of Louisville football program announced the Cardinals would have a nationally televised game against Pittsburgh on that same night.
U of L told the high schools their game must be moved to a different date. Trinity and St. X. have scheduled their game for the following Sunday, Oct. 4, at 4 p.m.
The annual showdown between the Rocks and the Tigers has one of the highest attendances of high school football games in the country.
